Berry smoothie cool down!

It is definitely summer, the heat is here.

There was a great sale on fruit a while ago and we couldn’t eat them quick enough so I ended up freezing them for smoothies.

After a month or two of being ignored, I almost threw them out. Thank goodness I didn’t because they came in handy with some yogurt that was also being neglected.

Bam. Delicious afternoon smoothies! The frozen berries were perfect because we have no ice cubes and no need for additional sugar!

Berry Smoothie
serves 2
8 ounce light vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup milk
1 banana

Combine all in blender on low until smooth!
