I’ve been so out of it these past two weeks. I’m trying to be better, just one day at a time right?
Here’s what I consider a “comfort” meal: natto and egg over rice. Why? Not because I grew up on natto but because it’s a bowl full of rice in the morning :)
Take the natto and stir it up after you add the seasonings inside.
Take your bowl of hot, hot rice and add the natto and egg yolk and mix, mix, mix!
Consume for a filling breakfast. Add soy sauce if necessary.
